We enjoy more than 50% internship in Lusaka alone and due to increased talk shows, we are now enjoying healthy continuous audiences, fluctuating only after midnight or in some cases during the “graveyard” slots towards dawn. Our remote broadcasts and traffic guide is a novelty to our listeners. The publics interaction is much appreciated by the community we cover the areas along the line of rail giving them a chance to air their views, comments or contributions through live talk shows or in sound bite for in the news bulletins.
24 Hours shift

With 24 hours shifts we give a voice to the voiceless, to be part of the solution with transparency in our growing democracy to positively effect the lives of our citizens with developmental, educational and informative and awareness segments also to move the country forward out of poverty and tackle the HIV/AIDS scourge which has ravaged our country.
Recent media surveys put Radio Phoenix in second place after the national broadcasting which covers the entire country. This comfortable position has made radio phoenix a household name endorsing our current position with 75% listening audience of a 10million plus population. Radio Phoenix was recently voted the most popular and trusted radio station.
Helpline project and the Breakthrough Cancer Trust

Two self identified charities are run alongside our core business activities operating on the principle of Robin Hood, the Helpline Project which assist the underprivileged, widowed and orphans countywide, the differently abled and aged while Breakthrough Cancer Trust lobbies for specialist cancer treatment, surgery and medicines to female cancer patients admitted to our adopted ward B21 University Teaching Hospital and broadcast a cancer awareness segment every Wednesday evening called “Celebrating Life”
Survey Statistics

Recent statistics put us in a comfortable lead, Radio Phoenix is accepted as the favourite radio station for both continuous and periodic listeners who listen from home, while driving or in offices. Though an FM Radio Station in some instances we run at par with the national radio station from the latest statistics as tabulated below; It is believed 62% male and 38% female, 18 24 years age group 28% and 25 34 years ages age group 40%.
